Our Schedule:
Wednesdays: 8:00 - 10:00 PM - Self Defense/Zumba
Thursday: 8:30 - 11:00 PM - Young Adults
Sundays: 8:00 - 10:30 PM - Teens

We believe everyone should feel safe no matter what. At The Monsey Lighthouse, teens and young adults find a warm and protected environment, every time they come.
Great Food
A warm family style dinner is served every night. This allows the girls to engage with each other and fill in the gap that often is missed from home.
TRIPS​
Trips are one of the best ways. for our councilors to connect with the girls. By engaging on a different, relaxed setting, we are able to build everlasting relationships.
Activities
Whether it is playing pool and foosball at the center, going out for bowling, or engaging in one of our winter basketball tournaments, the girls always have the option to have a fun relaxing time.
Self Defense
Taught by volunteers, our self defense program is widely popular among the girls. It allows them to develop self esteem and uncover skills and discipline they never thought possible.
Study Program
Our successful study program brings members to focus introspectively on their personal growth. The atmosphere is non-judgemental and positive, encouraging participants to ask questions, increase their knowledge, and satiate their desire for meaning. For many, this remarkably warm and welcoming method of study is an eye-opening experience.
